Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL(s) of the infringing content on our site).
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Failure to include all of the above information may result in the delay or denial of your DMCA notice. Please send your DMCA notice to our designated agent via the contact page.
